Over 14 years as a physical therapist, I’ve seen a lot of what works and what doesn’t.
Your body is designed to heal itself if given the right time, space, and focus. By listening to and watching the body, we facilitate its natural healing processes.
I began my career at Harborview Medical Center in acute care and inpatient rehabilitation before transitioning to outpatient neurology. While there, I learned about Myofascial Release, seeing patients who were stunned and grateful to find pain relief. I began training in John F. Barnes’ approach and deepened my expertise.
We all deserve to feel good in our bodies. Whether you’re dealing with back pain, shoulder pain, neck pain, ankle pain, hip pain, or more complex trauma, I’m committed to providing caring and compassionate treatment that helps you feel like yourself again.
